Due to her advanced knowledge of innovative developments from both a scientific and clinical perspective, Dr. Halaas regularly serves as a Scientific Advisory Board member or Key Opinion leader and as a Principal Investigator for many of the leading Pharmaceutical, BioTech and Device companies, across all stages of development, in the aesthetics therapeutic area.
Dr. Halaas and her clinical research team are GCP-ICH trained and the Clinical Research Staff regularly participate in both large multi-center studies as well as investigator-initiated trials researching the latest products & devices in both the US and abroad, with the intent of gaining FDA approval or CE marking.
Working to further expand knowledge in the field and ultimately provide improved treatment options for her patients, Dr. Halaas continues to collaborate with some of the most advanced companies in the industry to fully understand how responsible, caring physicians can use science to safely and effectively improve patients’ overall wellbeing.
