I had an upper eyelid blepharoplasty done 18 days ago. I have developed small ‘pimples’ on the inside of both my eyes and they have not gone away yet. The skin on top of my incision is thickening into a ridge and I have three small cysts. I don’t seem to be getting better and my incision condition keeps worsening as it heals. Should I ask my doctor for steroid injections?

Definitely follow up with your surgeon to make sure your healing process is progressing well. The cysts you describe could be milia occurring along the incision, which is common. These pimple like cysts can be easily taken care of and they are nothing to worry about. The healing process may take longer than a year to finalize so keep going to follow ups! Good luck!
