You will require a large number of follicular units to reestablish full hair density but if your donor area is stable and dense, this is possible. However, these donor hairs are limited and need to be wisely conserved for further transplantation to offset future hair loss, as needed. Full hair transplantation to the crown and frontal area of your head will most likely take a couple of sessions, but with enough patience and time we can achieve natural looking results. It is important to note that every patient is unique and results depend on certain variables including the current extent of hair loss, thickness, texture, and density of the hair.
