Long Distance Patients

Many of our patients travel long distances to experience Dr. Halaas' skill and caring approach. We appreciate your interest and effort and will do our best to accommodate you. We have two approaches to make our long distance patients more comfortable.

The first, traditional approach is to arrange a consultation at our office and then, a second visit for your procedure. The second approach will utilize email, fax and phone for your convenience.

Please email or phone our office and we will start a patient file for you. Next we encourage you to email or mail us your photos. We will then set up a phone conference where all your pre-procedure questions can be answered. All correspondence can be sent via internet or facsimile. Then 1-2 days prior to your procedure, you can arrive in New York and have an in-depth consultation with Dr. Halaas.

Local hotel accommodations can be arranged.

For patients traveling alone, our office can arrange a medical assistant or nurse to accompany you, if desired.
